Human trafficking is happening all around us.  Victims are often hidden away, but it is possible you will encounter individuals or situations of concern.  Knowing how to 'spot the signs' could save lives.  

A training event will be held on Tuesday 5th June, 7.30pm at Trinity Methodist Church, Blaydon.
The training is free and informal and is aimed at anyone who works face to face with the public - particularly working with vulnerable people.  This might include:- Medical Staff (doctors, nurses and other health care professionals), Social Services/Council (social and support workers), Police or Voluntary Sector Workers e.g. food bank, soup kitchens and homeless shelters. 
If you feel you may come into contact with someone who has been a victim of trafficking then please come along and learn more.  Tea and coffee will be provided.
